How do I get help with my account?

Email us with the sign-in method you use and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, OTPs, or full financial documents.

Can I delete my account or app data?

Yes. Use the account deletion or data deletion request pages linked above, or contact support if you need help completing the request.

Why is my statement import not working?

Check that the file is readable and not password protected. If import still fails, share the file type, bank name, and a screenshot of the error without sensitive details.

How does the financial health score work?

FinAI calculates a 0–100 score from savings ratio, debt-to-income, budget compliance, emergency fund strength, and cash flow stability based on your tracked data.

Can FinAI provide financial advice?

FinAI helps organize spending, budgets, goals, debt, and savings information with AI coaching. It is not a replacement for professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

How do I report a bug?

Send the issue, steps to reproduce it, device model, browser or app version, and any safe screenshots that help explain what happened.
