Request deletion of your FinAI account
Use this option if you want your app account and associated FinAI app data deleted.
Account deletion is permanent after processing. You may lose access to saved expenses,
budgets, income records, recurring payment records, imports, and app history.
Submit your request
Email us from the email address used for your FinAI account. We will use that email to verify and process the request.
Data covered by this request
- Account profile and authentication records controlled by FinAI.
- Expenses, budgets, categories, income entries, savings, and recurring payments.
- Statement import records, extracted transaction results, and app finance history.
- Stored finance assistant context associated with your account, if any.
Processing time
Requests are typically processed within 30 days after verification unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup recovery.
